Whatever it is you are struggling with in your life, something obviously needs attention. There is an answer to every question. And you can find that answer within yourself. That is how I would describe my coaching, guidance in finding your own answers and how to develop towards them.
TRANSFORMATION
As an all-round coach I guide people on a variety of questions and themes ranging from developing more self-confidence and finding new direction in life to burn-out, reintegration guidance and stress management. Central point in my approach is always shining light on the unconscious patterns/mechanisms and going tot he root cause of what is going on.
By finding out what lies underneath a theme, taking responsibility and ownership to develop and start moving, profound transformation can be realized.

COACHING (TRAJECTORY)
COACHING (TRAJECTORY) For me, coaching is about development. From the basic ideas that each person is unique and has potential and all answers are already within. In coaching, you get to work with your submitted theme(s). I will guide you, ask questions, challenge and support you, so that you are able to find your own answers and steer your development process. I will organize the process, you take the lead in your development. That is the most important factor in the whole process, that you take responsibility for yourself. You must say YES to growth and development. Then the rest will follow.
A coaching trajectory consists of one or more sessions, usually varying between 5 to 8 sessions. Every trajectory is unique and tailor made to specific needs, so feel free to contact me for more information.
